Senior Tender & Projects Coordinator

Electrical Industry | Brisbane or Sydney

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Senior Tender & Projects Coordinator to join a well-established and growing organisation operating across the electrical, power and industrial sectors.

This is a key role within the pre-contracts team, working across tenders, projects, commercial coordination and key client relationships. You'll be responsible for managing the tender process from initial pre-qualification through to submission, award and project handover.

Responsibilities

- Manage tenders from pre-qualification through to final submission and contract award
- Coordinate the commercial and administrative aspects of major tenders and projects
- Work closely with engineering, product specialists, supply chain and purchasing teams
- Review product specifications and identify the right technical solutions for projects
- Prepare pricing, quotations and complete regular price reviews
- Assist with freight calculations and understanding project cost drivers
- Manage tender documentation, governance and compliance requirements
- Develop strong relationships with key contractors, clients and project stakeholders
- Track project pipelines, tender activity and key deadlines
- Coordinate project handovers following successful contract awards

Candidate

We're looking for someone with a background in tenders, project coordination, contracts,



commercial administration or procurement who is comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.

You'll ideally have:

- Experience working across tenders, bids or pre-contracts
- Strong commercial and contract administration skills
- Experience in electrical, power, construction, engineering, infrastructure or industrial sectors
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications or work closely with technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Positive commercial and financial understanding
- Excellent Excel / Microsoft Office skills and confidence using CRM/ERP systems

Experience with Salesforce, SAP or similar systems will be highly regarded.
