We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HVAC Service Coordinator to join our growing service team. This is a fast-paced role responsible for coordinating technicians, managing customer service requests, scheduling preventative maintenance, and ensuring service delivery standards are consistently achieved. The successful candidate will be the key link between our customers, technicians, supervisors, and operations team, helping to keep jobs moving efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate daily service calls to technicians.
- Manage urgent breakdowns and emergency callouts.
- Monitor technician utilisation and productivity throughout the day.
- Order parts and materials required for service or quoted works.
- Track delivery dates and advise customers or technicians of delays.
- Coordinate subcontractors where specialist trades are required.
- Ensure technicians have required parts, purchase orders and information before attending site.
About you
- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Dispatch, or Operations Support role is essential, and you must have UPTICK software experience.
- Experience within HVAC, building services, mechanical services, facilities management, trades, or a technical service environment (highly desirable).
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
