Our client is a beautiful and growing hotel and wellness destination in regional Victoria, offering guests a premium experience focused on relaxation, wellbeing and personal care.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Massage & Beauty Therapist to join the team.

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

The role is ideal for a versatile therapist who enjoys providing a complete guest experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Relaxation, remedial-style and deep tissue massage

- Manicure and nail care

- Pedicure treatments

- Facial treatments

- Body scrubs and body treatments

- Japanese Head Spa treatments

- Greeting and welcoming guests

- Understanding guest preferences and treatment requirements

- Providing professional treatment recommendations

- Creating a relaxing, personalised experience for every guest

- Maintaining a clean, hygienic and welcoming treatment environment

- Supporting the wider spa, hotel and wellness team

You don’t necessarily need to be an expert in every treatment listed above. A robust foundation in massage therapy combined with experience in several beauty and wellness treatments will be highly regarded.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Qualified and experienced in massage and/or beauty therapy

- Confident performing massage treatments, particularly relaxation and deep tissue

- Experienced in beauty and spa treatments

- Friendly,



warm and confident when dealing with clients

- Well presented and professional

- Passionate about health, beauty and wellness

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, versatile and committed to providing an exceptional guest experience

Experience with Japanese Head Spa treatments will be highly regarded, but training may be available for the right candidate.
