ProQuest Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator / Storeperson to join a well-established and growing national business located in Salisbury South, SA.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong warehouse and High Reach experience who wants to become a genuine Inbound Champion within the team.
We're looking for someone who will take ownership of the inbound operation, lead by example and bring the right attitude, behaviours and work ethic to the workplace every day.

About the Role
Working within a busy inbound warehouse environment, you will play an important role in ensuring stock is received, checked, moved and processed accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating High Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently
- Experience with Crown joystick-operated forklifts highly regarded
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse
- Picking and preparing stock
- Supporting accurate inventory and stock control
- Identifying and communicating any stock discrepancies
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse
- Working closely with supervisors and the wider warehouse team
- Supporting the team when priorities change or things get busy
- Taking ownership of your responsibilities and helping keep the inbound operation running smoothly

While forklift and warehouse experience is important, attitude and behaviours are just as important to this role.

To Be Successful, You'll Have:

- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven High Reach forklift experience
- Crown joystick experience highly regarded
- Previous warehouse/inbound experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transport
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to complete a police check
- Availability for ongoing Monday–Friday work
- The right attitude, behaviours and work ethic
