We are currently seeking highly capable Senior Consultants with experience across technology, strategy and transformation to support critical engagements across our key clients.

In this role, you'll work alongside ASX-listed organisations, contributing to strategic initiatives, enterprise-wide change and business-critical outcomes that deliver measurable value.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact opportunity suited to someone who can confidently navigate both technical and business environments, engaging stakeholders and turning complex requirements into practical solutions.

We are looking for Senior Consultants to join our growing teams across Sydney and Brisbane, initially on a 6-month max-term contract with the potential for extension.

- Conduct transformation assessments with a focus on technology enablement and process improvement
- Lead and contribute to technology rationalisation or enhancement initiatives across enterprise systems
- Analyse large, complex datasets and synthesise insights to support strategic recommendations
- Develop clear, compelling presentations to communicate findings and future-state process designs to stakeholders




- Design and articulate future-state operating models and process improvements aligned with business goals
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational change objectives
- Understand business and change initiatives and translate them into clear actions and deliverables
- Quickly turn around high-quality deliverables, including executive-ready PowerPoint decks and Excel-based analyses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery planning, governance and reporting activities.

About you:

- Proven consulting experience delivering business and technology transformation outcomes
- Strong background in Business Process, Change, or Organisation Transformation
- Demonstrated experience in technology transformation and/or rationalisation in complex organisations
- Excellent analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets (advanced Excel required)
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to structure a narrative and create executive-level presentations
- Experience in future-state process design and operating model development
- Ability to quickly digest and simplify complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in future-state process design and operating model development
