Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for quality improvement and staff education in aged care? This is a meaningful opportunity to step into a senior leadership role that directly shapes the capability of a care team and the quality of life for elderly Australians. Based at Sydney Olympic Park with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, this role offers the chance to lead organisation-wide training and quality initiatives within a dynamic, growing, and purpose-driven aged care provider.

We are a leading aged care service provider dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through high-quality in-home aged care services across the Sydney metropolitan area. They are deeply committed to empowering ageing with equity and care, delivering accessible and culturally sensitive services for everyone, regardless of background. With a culture built on innovation, teamwork, and excellence, they celebrate their people's achievements and foster a workplace where purpose and meaning are at the heart of everything they do.

What you'll be doing?

- Leading quality improvement initiatives — Coordinating and driving quality assurance activities across the organisation to ensure ongoing compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements.
- Designing and delivering staff training — Developing and facilitating training programs that build staff competencies, address capability gaps, and improve client care outcomes at every level of the organisation.
- Developing policies and procedures — Creating, implementing, and reviewing organisational policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practice and evolving regulatory requirements.

- Conducting audits — Performing regular audits to monitor and evaluate service delivery quality, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring accountability across the care team.
- Engaging stakeholders — Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to embed a strong culture of quality, learning, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.
- Providing expert leadership and guidance — Advising and supporting teams with a proactive and innovative approach to quality management, acting as a trusted subject matter expert across the business.

Who are we looking for?

- AHPRA registration — Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia is essential, with experience in aged care strongly preferred.
- Quality and education experience — Solid experience in quality management and staff education within the aged care or healthcare sector, including a solid working knowledge of aged care quality standards, compliance, and accreditation processes.
- Training and assessment qualifications — A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly desirable and will be well regarded.
- Leadership capability — Demonstrated ability to lead, advise, and inspire teams in a quality and education context, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Communication and interpersonal skills — Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Chinese language skills — The ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is preferred, supporting the delivery of culturally sensitive training and engagement with a linguistically diverse team and client base.
- Passion for improvement — A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional care outcomes and continuously raising the standard of service for elderly Australians.

Why you should consider this opportunity? We offer an attractive remuneration package and other benefits, such as:

- Flexible hybrid working — Enjoy up to three work-from-home days per week, offering genuine flexibility alongside meaningful in-person collaboration.
- Competitive salary — A competitive remuneration package reflective of experience and seniority within the role.
- Career development — Access to professional development opportunities and the potential for a permanent position, supporting long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding organisation.
- Purpose-driven work — The opportunity to make a direct and lasting impact on the quality of life of vulnerable elderly Australians every single day.
- Supportive team culture — Join a fun, vibrant, and collaborative workplace where achievements are celebrated and every team member is genuinely valued.
