The Team & Role

As a Nurse Pool Registered Nurse,



you will be employed on a permanent basis with a contracted EFT of at least 0.4 (32 hours per fortnight) and work across a rotating roster that includes morning, afternoon, and night duty shifts.

Unlike ward-based positions, Nurse Pool staff provide workforce support across a range of clinical areas and sites within Peninsula Care Group, working within their scope of practice to meet service needs. Shifts are rostered in advance, with final ward or unit allocations confirmed on the day based on operational requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

- Current, condition-free AHPRA Registration
- Completion of a graduate program or equivalent acute experience (min 12 months)
- Well-developed acute nursing skills
- Unlimited work rights in Australia
- Must hold a Victorian Employee Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one
- Ability to travel across ALL Peninsula Care Group sites (Frankston, Mornington & Rosebud)
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 0.4 EFT (32 hours a fortnight)
- Flexibility to work in accordance with a 7 day rotating roster, including AM, PM & ND
