Unite Resourcing is currently seeking experienced Oil & Gas Technicians and Supervisors for project-based work in the Onslow / Pilbara region of Western Australia.

We are looking for candidates with strong Oil & Gas/LNG experience, particularly across nitrogen services, nitrogen membrane/generator systems, air compressors, pressure testing and associated mechanical/process activities.

This is project-based work rather than a fixed FIFO roster, and candidates must be comfortable working extended project swings, which may be 3+ weeks at a time depending on project requirements.

Positions & Rates
Level 3 Technician – $74.97/hr
Level 4 Technician – $78.33/hr
Supervisor – $87.73/hr

Project Details

- Location: Onslow / Pilbara region, WA
- Point of Hire: Perth
- FIFO: From Perth
- Roster: Project-based – no fixed roster
- Swings: Candidates must be available for extended swings of 3+ weeks
- Project Duration: Work expected through to approximately the end of November 2026
- Employment: Casual / project based

Duties:

- Operation of Nitrogen Membrane / Nitrogen Generator units
- Operation and troubleshooting of associated air compressors
- Nitrogen purging and inerting
- Nitrogen spread equipment
- High-pressure nitrogen boosters
- Pneumatic pressure and leak testing
- Helium leak testing
- Pressure testing activities
- Valve and equipment change-outs
- Flange management and controlled bolting
- Test pack preparation and execution
- System and pipeline line walks
- Mechanical isolation and reinstatement
- Monitoring pressures,



flows and equipment performance
- Completing testing and project documentation

What We're Looking For We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience across Oil & Gas, LNG, commissioning, pre-commissioning, shutdowns or maintenance projects.

Experience with the following will be highly regarded:

- Nitrogen Membrane / Generator systems
- Air compressors
- Nitrogen purging
- Nitrogen pumping/spread equipment
- HP nitrogen boosters
- Pneumatic testing
- Helium leak testing
- Pressure testing
- Flange management
- Test packs and system line walks

For Supervisor positions, you will also need demonstrated experience leading Oil & Gas crews, coordinating daily work scopes and maintaining solid HSE, permit and project documentation standards.

- Ability to meet all project mobilisation requirements
