Buckby Motors is on the hunt for a valued team member to join our high functioning sales team within our ever-expanding used car operation. This role is for a highly motivated, customer centric sales person to which they would have access to over 300 cars to sell from. What the role looks like;

· Greet customers, understand their needs, and build relationships

· Recommend vehicles, provide information about features,



and conduct test drives

· Negotiate vehicles sales

· Complete paperwork and collaborate with our Finance and After Sales teams

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

· Meet and exceed monthly targets

· Day-to-day dealership jobs such as maintaining a tidy showroom and yard

· Monday - Friday with alternating Saturday work

· Salary plus commission paid on vehicle sales and successful aftersales referrals
