We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy operation in Warnervale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team and helping keep day-to-day warehouse operations running smoothly.

About the Role
Working as part of the warehouse leadership team, you will help coordinate the day-to-day operation and support the warehouse team to achieve a safe, productive and efficient shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supporting warehouse staff throughout the shift
- Coordinating daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
- Allocating work and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Supporting forklift operators and warehouse staff on the floor
- Monitoring workflow and addressing issues as they arise
- Assisting with stock accuracy, stock rotation and general warehouse organisation
- Ensuring warehouse procedures and workplace health and safety standards are followed
- Communicating effectively with the wider warehouse and management team




- Providing hands-on support when required in a fast-paced warehouse environment

About You
You will be an experienced warehouse professional who is ready to take on a leadership role, or an existing Team Leader looking for a current opportunity.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment. Within food distribution, FMCG or cold-storage environments
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- A current Forklift Licence
- The ability to lead by example and work alongside your team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to warehouse operations
- A strong commitment to safety and following workplace procedures
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
