About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join the Sentra Group team on a permanent part-time basis.

Based in our head office in Melbourne, you will coordinate and deliver a range of marketing and communications activities across Sentra Group and its businesses. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, content creation, digital communications, social media, internal communications, events and marketing collateral.

The role will play an important part in streamlining and coordinating marketing activities across the Group’s businesses, creating greater consistency, efficiency and alignment in how we communicate with our customers, people and stakeholders. You will help ensure marketing initiatives are delivered professionally and consistently, while supporting the Group’s broader brand, strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate marketing requirements for industry events, conferences, trade shows and customer events.





- Prepare and edit website content, newsletters, articles, case studies, project profiles and other communications.

- Coordinate the implementation of the Group's marketing activities and annual marketing calendar.

- Create and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant digital channels.

- Maintain approved templates, logos, imagery and other brand assets.

- Assist with capability statements, presentations, brochures and other customer-facing materials.

- Support the preparation of marketing content for tenders and proposals.

- Ensure consistent application of Sentra Group and individual business brand guidelines.

What We’re Looking for:

- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

- Previous experience in a marketing, communications or marketing coordination role.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

- Solid attention to detail, editing and proofreading skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

- Experience using Canva or similar content/design platforms.
