Job Description
Multotec Pty Ltd in WA is seeking a Field Services Admin Coordinator to own essential admin for shutdown mobilisations, quotations, invoicing and workforce compliance across WA mine sites. You will help plan, schedule and mobilise crews, ensure site access readiness and maintain compliance records.

The role supports field service leaders, customers and contractors to keep shutdowns moving safely and on time, with meticulous attention to documentation and process adherence.
