Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and qualified manner
n
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and enquiries
n
Managing the reception area and general office administration
n
Assisting the sales and property management teams with day-to-day tasks
n
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
n
Handling emails, correspondence and general enquiries
n
Assisting with property listings, inspections and open homes where required
n
Maintaining accurate client and property records
n
Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office organisation
n




Providing exceptional customer service to vendors, landlords, tenants, buyers and other stakeholders
n

Comfortable using computers and office systems

Previous real estate or administration experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
