Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking an Application Advisor to join our Technology Support team based at Beaudesert Road office. You will deliver Tier 1 and 2 support for Minestar, Product Link and VisionLink, log and triage requests in Cherwell, and maintain the CMDB.

You will collaborate with internal teams and Caterpillar SMEs to diagnose issues and support process improvements, configurations, testing, and reporting in the service management tool.
