A Medical Receptionist position on a casual basis at a premium diagnostic imaging clinic in Carseldine. This role is vital to the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice, serving as the welcoming face for patients and providing essential administrative support. Hours: 2–3 days per week + occasional Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

Greeting and checking in patients warmly and professionally
n
Managing appointment bookings, scheduling, and general patient enquiries
n
Processing referrals, patient billing, and Medicare/health fund claims
n
Liaising with referring doctors, specialists, and clinical staff
n
General administrative duties to ensure a smooth, productive front-desk workflow
n
About you
n
Previous experience in medical imaging / radiology OR general medical reception is essential
n




Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
n

Solid computer literacy and experience with medical booking/billing software
