Job Description
EVT Limited operates Castle Hill cinema with a focus on customer experience. Cinema Employee Level 3 will supervise Level 1 and 2 staff, deliver elevated service, and ensure smooth operation of the designated area.

The role requires ongoing staff training, effective task allocation to a team of 4+ employees, and adherence to opening/closing procedures, safety and cash handling protocols while contributing to campaigns.
