We are seeking a detail-oriented Dealership Accountant to join our team in Campbelltown, with travel to our Chullora and Revesby locations as required.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Complete monthly accounting and financial reporting requirements within agreed deadlines
n
Assist with preparation and review of monthly Profit & Loss statements
n
Prepare and review Balance Sheet reconciliations
n
Assist with preparation and review of Business Activity Statements (BAS)
n
Maintain the fixed asset register
n
Floorplan reconciliations
n
Analyse dealership financial performance and identify key trends
n
Assist with implementation of current accounting systems and processes
n
Assist with internal and external audit requirements
n
Provide guidance and support to Accounts team
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Valid NSW Driver's Licence, with the ability to travel to sites as required
n
Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with CPA studies underway
n
Previous experience in a dealership accounting role is essential
n




Experience with automotive dealership accounting systems is highly desirable
n
Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end processes
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to work collaboratively with dealership management and other departments
n
