Western Health is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for the Short Stay Unit at Footscray Hospital. You will lead nursing staff, optimise patient flow and ensure protected, patient-centred care aligned with Western Health values.

Ideal candidates will have RN registration with AHPRA, at least four years nursing experience including critical care exposure, and postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing.
