Job Description
Catalina Club Restaurant in Batemans Bay, NSW, is seeking a full time chef with solid grill experience to lead a busy kitchen section and uphold quality, safety and efficiency. You will work closely with the Head Chef/Sous to plan menus and implement current dishes, while mentoring team members and ensuring HACCP compliance.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar kitchen role, a food handling certification, and willingness to work across positions as needed.
