Job Description
Ford Australia is seeking a Technical Trainer based in Melbourne to deliver Curriculum training, Current Model Training (NMT), and Performance Improvement programs to Ford Technicians across our Dealer network. You will assist Dealers with Technical Training Plans, review materials, and provide in-depth instruction on Ford vehicle systems.

You will also conduct hands-on demonstrations, maintain training records in the LMS, and support the Training Supervisor to meet targets and requirements.
