Linkfire in Bayswater, VIC is seeking a Service Support Coordinator to join our growing Service Team. This full time, office-based role focuses on coordinating client enquiries and supporting technicians to ensure timely updates and smooth service delivery.

You will own service requests from intake to resolution, balance priorities and assist with defect rectification and time-critical requests. A 1–2 year background in fire/essential services is preferred.
