Job Description
Airbus Australia Pacific is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to oversee Flight Hours Services contracts and performance. You will act as the local operational lead, monitoring service delivery, managing retrofit programs, and driving improvements to satisfy customers and protect commercial outcomes.

You will work with OEMs, suppliers, and MROs, applying Agile and traditional methods to deliver core outputs while ensuring solid relationships and data-driven decisions.
