Caboolture Workers Co-Op in Morayfield QLD is seeking a hospitality leader with up to five years' experience to supervise and support workers with cognitive disabilities, helping them develop skills and confidence in the workplace.
The cafe offers * hours weekly, Monday–Saturday 7:30am–4:00pm, casual with pathway to permanent part time or full time after a three-month probation.
Ideal candidates are patient, encouraging, and community-minded.
