Job Description
Placing Heads in Melbourne's South East seeks a Payroll / Accounts Payable Officer to join a small, welcoming team.
You'll own end-to-end weekly payroll for about 700 staff and manage high-volume supplier invoices, PO matching, and month-end tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
You'll need 3–5 years of payroll and AP experience in Australia, solid Excel skills, and a positive grasp of EBA, superannuation, and statutory obligations.
Pronto experience is a plus and training is provided.
