City of Palmerston is seeking an Internal Communications Lead for a 12-month fixed-term role.
You'll shape and deliver a agile Internal Communications Framework and lead creative campaigns to engage staff.
Partnering with HR and organisational leaders, you'll drive change initiatives, surveys, engagement programs, newsletters and digital content, plus staff events and wellbeing initiatives to strengthen culture and the employee experience.
