Job Description
Mediix is seeking a Community Physiotherapist to deliver in-home and in office physiotherapy across the Hills District, with a wide-ranging caseload including NDIS participants and aged care clients.
You will have real autonomy over your day, supported by an experienced Team Leader and practice owners for clinical advice and backup.
You'll manage assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and document progress with explicit reports, while liaising with GPs and care teams.
