Job Description
Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker in Forster, NSW. The role covers day program and individual supports, including personal care. A current driver's licence and insurance are required, along with a willingness to work across wide-ranging shifts to support our customers.

Responsibilities include mentoring, independent living coaching, medication administration, and documenting care through detailed notes. Epilepsy management and mental health awareness are essential.
