Job Description
Torres Strait Island Regional Council (TSIRC) invites an experienced HR skilled to join as People & Wellbeing Coordinator. Based in Cairns, you will coordinate HR services, provide expert advice, and manage the employee lifecycle across the organisation.

You will oversee probation and performance processes, HR systems, workforce reporting and policy implementation while ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Travel to islands may be required.
