About the role
n
n
Doing end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees;
n
Performing accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment allocation and follow-up of outstanding accounts;
n
Completing regular bank reconciliations;
n
Assisting with the preparation and lodgement of BAS;
n
Providing general administrative support to assist with day-to-day financial operations;
n




Working closely with the company accountant to support overall financial management;
n
Liaising with project managers and team leaders across the business to ensure smooth and effective financial processes; and
n
Contributing as part of the team to keep financial operations running effectively and efficiently.

About you
n
To be successful in the role, you will ideally have experience in bookkeeping and accounts. You will demonstrate integrity, reliability, respect, and a proactive approach to supporting your team. Advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and ideally MYOB will position you well for success.
