PTC Phone Tech & Comm in Sydney is seeking a Part time Customer Service Sales and Device Technician for our Marion and Castle Plaza stores. You will be in a quick-paced retail setting, learning mobile device repairs and delivering excellent customer service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will handle repair queues, support sales, and uphold high standards of quality and safety. Training in IRP certification is provided if needed.
