Job Description
NHS Forth Valley is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Support Worker to join our District Nursing teams and provide direct personal care to patients in their own homes.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team under supervision, perform clinical tasks on training, and travel across the service area as required to meet patient needs.
A PVG scheme membership is required and candidates should be prepared for local travel and adaptable duties.
