Job Description
HBT Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide in office support for underground longwall equipment, ensuring performance, maintenance, and reliability.
You will audit, repair/replace components, monitor production data and offer improvement recommendations to customers.
Role requires travel to mine sites, offshore possibilities, and after-hours support as needed.
You'll train longwall personnel and contribute to product enhancements while maintaining robust safety practices.
