You will shape the strategy for men's, women's and kids' accessories, translating rapid-moving trends into solid commercial outcomes.
You will lead a cross-functional team, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure NPD meets compliance and QA standards, driving growth and market share across BIG W stores and channels.
