North Cairns Tigers Australian Football Club is seeking a Club Development Officer to strengthen football pathways across junior, women's, girls' and senior programs.
The role is embedded within the Tigers while employed by AFL Cairns, offering robust collaboration with the Tigers President and committees.
The successful candidate will drive development, recruitment and governance improvements, with a focus on community football and player wellbeing.
Evening and weekend work may be required.
