YETI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our growing presence in Australia and Current Zealand.
You will deliver exceptional experiences across email, phone, chat, and in-store channels, resolving inquiries about orders, products, shipping, returns, and warranties while upholding the YETI brand.
Required are 4+ years in customer service, excellent written and verbal communication, CRM exposure, and the ability to multitask in a quick-paced setting.
