Hamilton Island is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of maintenance across the island resort.
You will lead a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors and Leading Hands, planning rosters, coordinating contractor work and driving protected, high-quality outcomes.
This role focuses on asset management systems, WHS compliance and continuous improvement in a rapid-paced, customer-focused workplace.
