Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food – Belconnen ACT is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up-to-date information about repairs and ensuring customers feel confident their vehicles are in capable hands.
This permanent role runs Monday to Friday, *pm.
You will greet customers, relay explicit repair information, maintain a welcoming setting, and manage the vehicle return process while addressing any concerns.
