Job Description
Noẽma, the current concept from Lucas Collective, is recruiting a Head/Assistant Head Sommelier to join the opening team in Melbourne.
You will shape the wine program, lead service and collaborate with senior wine leaders to deliver memorable guest experiences in a contemporary Mediterranean setting.
Experience as Head Sommelier or Assistant Head Sommelier is essential, with deep knowledge of wine and robust leadership.
