Job Description
Equifund Financial Group in Sydney is seeking a Settlement Support Officer & Admin Assistant to join our busy brokerage team.
This full time, phone-based role works closely with brokers to move deals from approval to settlement and provides day-to-day administrative support.
You will manage document gathering, lender communications, compliance packs, data entry across CRM portals, and post-settlement follow-up, while upholding AML/CTF policies and accuracy in a rapid-paced setting.
