Job Description
I‐MED Radiology Network is seeking a seasoned People, Performance & Capability Partner to align workforce strategy with business goals across Australia.
You will act as a strategic adviser to executive groups, shaping capability programs and leading end-to-end organisational design initiatives.
You will bring a data‐driven, hypothesis‐led approach, coach senior leaders, and mentor PP&C; consultants while navigating complex employee relations and multi‐site considerations.
