Metro North Health is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager – Nursing Workforce to coordinate workforce resources and business operations across Caboolture, Kilcoy and Woodford.
You will contribute to planning, rostering, reporting and quality initiatives while supporting a positive, patient‐centred care setting.
You will work closely with nursing and interprofessional teams to optimise capacity and ensure secure, productive service delivery within the directorate.
