Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join the team based in Hendra. This is an exciting prospect for a Recruiter who enjoys managing the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to onboarding.

Working closely with hiring managers, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding quality candidates across a range of blue-collar roles. You will play a key role in supporting workforce growth while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
n

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for blue-collar positions
n
Write and post engaging job advertisements
n
Identifying quality candidates
n
Coordinate and facilitate candidate onboarding
n
Liaise with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
n
n
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n




At least 12 months' recruitment experience
n
Previous experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment
n
Demonstrated experience recruiting for blue-collar positions
n
Experience coordinating and managing candidate onboarding
n
Strong experience writing effective and engaging job advertisements
n
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a rapid-paced environment
n
