About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless service experience. You'll manage bookings, process orders and work closely with our operations team to ensure every delivery runs smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Process, update and track customer orders in our transport systems
n
Build and maintain solid relationships across your customer portfolio
n




Collaborate with operations to meet deadlines and resolve issues promptly
n
Maintain high accuracy in data entry and documentation
n

About You
n
n
Minimum 12 months experience in customer service
(transport/logistics
highly regarded)
n
Robust communication skills with a customer first mindset
n
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
n
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving setting
n
Confident using MS Office and general computer systems
