A successful Shared Services Support Officer should have:

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in administrative tasks and data management systems.

Attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer enquiries effectively.

Adaptability to work in a busy workplace.

Familiarity with public sector processes is desirable but not essential.
