Job Description
VicRoads Registration and Licensing Services (RLS) is hiring casual Customer Service Officers to support registration and licensing tasks in Dandenong & Pakenham. You will handle inquiries in person, by phone, and in writing, while upholding policies and delivering courteous service.

Ideal candidates have solid customer service, transparent communication, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. A full valid driver's license and some travel will be required in this agile role.
