Startek is hiring Administration & Data Entry Consultants for the Energy Distribution team. You will process meter readings, billing transactions and resolve anomalies while delivering accurate consumption data to retailers and network users.

You will handle inquiries and complaints per regulatory rules and maintain explicit communication with retailers and internal teams. Training includes a two-week program, with rotating work from home and Melbourne Docklands office.
