Ampstek is seeking a DNS specialist in Sydney to provide expert L3 support for the DNS platform. You will work closely with customer SMEs to develop domain knowledge and ensure smooth ongoing operations. You will mentor L1/L2 teams through documentation, runbooks, and coaching, while supporting the DNS setting within a shared-responsibility model.
