Pegasus Leisure Group seeks a Chef de Partie to join Highways in Springvale for a full-time, busy kitchen role. You will run a section, deliver high-quality dishes and uphold food safety standards while supporting the wider team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a skilled kitchen and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, with current Food Safety certification. Market-market-competitive salary package and career progression offered.
