Totally Workwear is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to strengthen governance, risk and compliance across the franchise network. You will own the GRC program, manage the risk register and lead the Operators Manual governance, ensuring policies and SOPs stay current, compliant and practical.

You will translate regulatory changes into explicit guidelines, collaborate with legal and internal teams, and develop tools and training to streamline compliance across stores.
