The Role

As a Salesperson, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and solutions. You'll take orders both in-store and over the phone, provide advice on fasteners and tools, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
n
Provide product knowledge and recommendations (fasteners, tools, and related parts)
n
Maintain a tidy and welcoming store setting

Support the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is helpful, but not essential—we're happy to train the right person
n
Knowledge of fasteners is ideal, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable
n
Robust communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
